A USAF Reserve Colonel, decorated combat veteran and Chairman of the New World Group, Robert currently serves as senior policy advisor to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff for Middle East, Latin America and the Global War on Terror. As an advisor to the President and Secretary of Defense following the events of 9/11, he was instrumental in setting up the international coalition against terror and organizing detainee operations in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. As the former Vice President of International Operations for Export Trade Partners, Inc.; President of Laptec Computers in Chile and CEO of International Research Group, Inc. Robert has extensive worldwide experience in business, political and intelligence analysis as well as strategic planning and organizational development. As a former U-2 reconnaissance pilot, an international airline captain, author, teacher and sought after speaker on world politics, Colonel Gaylord possesses a unique perspective on how world politics, international security and business strategy are impacted by today's new risk environment. He has a BS from the USAF Academy and an MBA/HRM from Gonzaga University.

As a retired Air Force Major and graduate of the Air Force Academy, Tom is an experienced military professional and civilian manager. His focus is strategic planning. Tom is an expert in the fields of investigative research, international affairs, human relations management, as well as global air and ground logistics operations and management. His expertise extends to business and non-profit management, business asset allocation, operational scheduling and team leadership. He has vast military and airline experience in the areas of international flight operations, international security, threat and risk assessment, airline safety, standardization and training, and compliance supervision. He has the added benefit of having served in leadership positions in both labor and management. Tom currently serves as an international airline captain with 27 years of aviation experience. He is a motivator and organizer focusing on management, marketing and team building.
